These sessions will be conducted on an online platform and require prior arrangement. The specific platform to be used will be determined when scheduling to use this method of session. These sessions are only available on a cash basis unless an insurance or EAP company specifically authorizes their use.

Our Midtown office is two blocks south of Grand Central. When you come in the entrance (just west of Lexington Ave), take the elevator to the 4th Floor. We are within in Office C within Suite 404 (Madison Suites). You can gain access to the suite using code 134A on the door if a therapist is already within the suite. There are may transportation options to the office because of our close proximity to Grand Central (4/5/6/7/S/Metro North). Parking in Midtown is challenging. There are apps to get discounts in area garages and on weekends there is free street parking a few blocks west of our location but pay close attention to the signs.

Our Bronx office is within St Nicolas of Tolentine Roman Catholic Church. The entrance is at 2345 University Avenue just south of Fordham Road. The Bx12 Select Bus runs along Fordham Road and stops at University. This bus connects to many train lines including the A and 1 in Manhattan as well as Metro North. The Bx3 bus also stops in the block and runs from the George Washington Terminal to Riverdale. The 4 train is a few blocks away and a little farther are the D and 1 trains. You may find parking in the area and if not there is a municipal lot a few blocks away on Jerome just north of Fordham Rd.
